Celebrating International Students Day with °®½´ÊÓÆµ Athletics

International Students Day falls on November 17th. On this day, °®½´ÊÓÆµ Athletics wants to recognize the student athletes who have come from abroad to become a part of the Mercer family.

 

°®½´ÊÓÆµ’s athletic teams currently have student athletes from 17 different countries, including the United States.  The men’s soccer team has student athletes from 12 different countries: Brazil, Ecuador, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mali, Mexico, Poland, Scotland (UK), South Africa, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.  Women’s soccer has student athletes from four different countries: Brazil, Germany, Ireland and Portugal.  Women’s tennis has two student athletes from Venezuela.  Softball has one student athlete from Belgium.
